Who is Jessie Tripi?

A hair restoration and extension specialist with 19+ years of experience behind the chair and over a decade in education. I’m the founder of Stitched by Jessie™, a hands-on, heart-driven education platform for stylists who want to master transformative hair solutions, build unshakable confidence, and grow wildly successful businesses.

What is Stitched Education?

Stitched Education is more than just technique—it's a full-circle approach to mastering hair extensions, mesh integration for hair loss, and building a business you love. We offer hands-on courses, mentorship, and an empowering community focused on skills, confidence, and results. Think: real education, real growth, real impact.

What’s the “why” behind Stitched?

Stitched was born from my desire to empower stylists to feel confident in their craft and build businesses that reflect their heart. It’s about stitching together skill, passion, strategy, and purpose. Whether I’m teaching mesh integration or coaching through burnout—this work is about transformation, not just hair.

What types of hair extensions do you specialize in?

I specialize in high-end, damage-conscious methods including:

  • Hand-tied wefts (for volume, length, and luxury)

  • K-Tips / keratin bonds (for movement and long wear)

  • Hybrid blends (customized placement using multiple methods)

  • Mesh Integration (for hair loss and thinning clients)

Each method is tailored to the client’s needs, hair type, and lifestyle—and every install is done with care, integrity, and intention.

What is Mesh Integration?

Mesh Integration is a non-surgical solution for clients experiencing hair loss or thinning. It involves a breathable mesh base that is custom-fitted and combined with real human hair to create seamless coverage and restored confidence. It's ideal for those not wanting or ready for wigs or traditional toppers but craving density and discretion.

What makes your installation techniques different?

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods. My approach is rooted in:

  • Customization – Every install is based on your hair goals, lifestyle, and hair health.

  • Integrity – I prioritize your natural hair and scalp health above everything.

  • Education – Whether you’re in my chair or in my classroom, I want you to understand the “why” behind every technique.

Who are your classes for?

My trainings are for every stylist ready to grow—whether you're just starting out or looking to scale your extension or hair restoration business to the next level.

Stitched Education is built for you if you:

  • Are brand new to extensions or mesh integration and want hands-on, step-by-step guidance

  • Already offer extensions but want to refine your technique and learn new methods

  • Want to understand color theory and blending at a deeper level for seamless transformations

  • Are ready to elevate your business—pricing, confidence, systems, and mindset included

  • Crave mentorship, support, and a community that’s honest, driven, and here to see you win

Whether you’re behind the chair full-time, rebuilding, or dreaming bigger—this education meets you where you are, then pushes you past what you thought was possible.

How do I know what service I need as a client?

If you're unsure whether you need extensions, mesh integration, or something in between—we start with a consultation. This allows me to evaluate your scalp, hair density, lifestyle, and goals to recommend a solution that will make you feel the most confident and comfortable.

How much do services cost?

Every transformation is custom, so pricing varies. Factors include:

  • Current length and density of your hair

  • Desired outcome (volume, length, full coverage)

  • Color needs

  • Method used

Consultations are required to provide accurate pricing. Financing or payment plans may be available for education courses.

How do I care for my extensions or mesh system?

You’ll receive a full aftercare guide, but here are some golden rules:

  • Brush daily (rows individually) with a soft or wet brush

  • Sleep with dry hair in a loose braid or ponytail on a silk pillowcase

  • Avoid products with sulfates, heavy oils, and silicone

  • Schedule move-up/maintenance every 8–10 weeks

  • Use recommended serums, shampoos, and tools to keep everything feeling luxe

What support do you offer after education classes?

Ongoing mentorship is a huge part of what makes Stitched Education™ different. You'll get:

  • Continued access to resources and class recaps

  • Optional one-on-one coaching sessions

  • A private community to ask questions and stay inspired

  • First access to new training programs, products, and retreats
